“Don’t seek yourself in the mind.

You will meet yourself in the body.”

‘THE POWER OF NOW’ | ECKHART TOLLE

During a dark period in Pablo’s life, a dear friend handed him The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle—and that moment sparked what has become a life-long journey of discovery. Having barely left his hometown of Miami at that point, Pablo suddenly found himself living on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, immersed in the magic of the present moment and following one serendipitous connection after another. It was there that he found the breath—or perhaps better said, the breath found him. As Rumi so beautifully puts it, “What you are seeking is seeking you.”

Pablo opened himself up to the flow of life, and it lovingly swept him up. He was introduced to Anthony Abbagnano, founder of Alchemy of Breath, and began training in breathwork, closely mentoring under Anthony. Before long, Pablo was not only facilitating breathwork but training others to share this powerful practice. Since 2018, he has been a lead trainer with Alchemy of Breath, guiding hundreds of students through their own personal transformations and empowering them to bring this work into the world.

What Pablo loves most about the breath is its gentle yet undeniable power to bring you into the present moment and connect you with the vast, limitless landscape of your inner world. The possibilities are as profound as they are endless—and it’s always right there, under your nose.

The breath has also been a conduit for Pablo, like a gentle breeze carrying him to other transformative modalities. Inner Child work has been especially impactful—going back to those core wounds, offering the compassionate attention and love our most vulnerable parts need. Pablo has seen firsthand the profound healing that happens when we re-embrace those lost, hurt, or confused parts of ourselves. This work naturally led him to the revolutionary world of Internal Family Systems (IFS), where he’s begun collaborating with practitioners in retreat settings.

Somatic meditation has also been a cornerstone of Pablo’s journey. Alchemy Meditation, inspired by Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing practice, emphasizes the felt sense—those subtle, physical sensations that hold incredible wisdom. Practicing and guiding this meditation has opened up a whole new way of understanding himself and the body’s innate intelligence. It’s deepened his self-awareness, strengthened his intuition, and transformed how he shows up in relationships—personally and professionally. He is honored to share the wisdom of this practice with others.

Relationships are at the heart of Pablo’s work. He is deeply inspired by the teachings of Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, particularly from their book Conscious Loving. Their approach to transparency, vulnerability, and authenticity has reshaped how Pablo connects with others and influences his facilitation style. He believes in creating spaces where barriers dissolve, walls come down, and a profound sense of safety and belonging can emerge.

And then there’s the water. Growing up, spending summers in the Florida Keys, Pablo has always felt at home in the water— he continues to spend his free time surfing, spearfishing, and soaking up the restorative energy of the ocean. He was introduced to the therapeutic qualities of water through Wataflow, a modality that blends breath, movement, and the gentle embrace of water to unlock profound states of relaxation and healing. From there, Pablo began combining breath and water, facilitating private water breathwork journeys, group ceremonies at retreats and festivals, and most recently co-facilitating warm water rebirthing retreats with his colleague, Kerry Veitch. These retreats explore the deep connection between breath, water, and the very beginning of life—inviting participants to reconnect with their birth and conception stories in a powerful, healing way.

These days, Pablo spends his time between Bali, Europe, and the U.S., leading Alchemy of Breath trainings, offering private sessions, facilitating retreats, and co-creating with incredible individuals—including his wife, Colleen, who is also a breathwork facilitator and embodiment guide.

Pablo’s approach is gentle and curious. He believes we all carry incredible wisdom and treasures within us, just waiting to be uncovered. With a few breaths, a bit of loving attention, and an openness to explore, transformation is always possible. Pablo is here to hold space for you, create a safe container, and let the breath, the water, and your own inner wisdom work their magic.
